BORN IN BHAVANGAR STUDIED ENGINERRING FROM SHANTILAL SHAH ENGINEERING COLLEGE AFTER HE STUDIED DIPLOMA IN PAINTING AND Certified in Master’s from J. J. SCHOOL OF ART MUMBAI.

Jay is also a Sand Artist. He has made numerous outstanding performances through Sand Art as well Coloured Sand Art and also trained students of various universities and schools in sand art

JAY HAS 10YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS ART TEACHER and got many achievements as best art teacher award and also help many students to win awards and Championship in various competitions

NOW HE IS PRESIDENT OF CREATIVE HANDS OF INDIA AND ORGANIZING ART EVENTS AND MANAGING DRAWING AND ACTIVITY CLASS IN AHEMDABAD HE HAS ORGANIZED SO MANY ART EXHIBITIONS WITH MORE THAN 200 ARTISTS ACCROS INDIA AND HE ORGANIZED MANY ART WORKSHOPS IN VARIOUS PLACES AND VARIOUS ART FORM.
